This is a very good quality piano made by the highly respected Knight company in England in 1970. Ideal for beginners to advancing players alike, it has been well maintained over the years and now very carefully checked and set up by oursleves to be at its best. Knight pianos such as this offer amazing value for money and the K10 & K20 (just very slightly smaller than the K10) in particular are among the best small pianos ever made with lovely rich and warm tone and a nice and responsive action. Tone and tuning 
 
This piano has a very pleasant rounded tone with plenbty of warmth and a little brightness. Good dynamic range for a small piano. Tuned to concert pitch (A=440). 
 

Keyboard and action

The full 88 note keyboard is in excellent condition and the action has been regulated to play smoothly across the whole keyboard with a medium weight action, which will suit most players, including beginners.


Hammers and strings

Strings in very good condition and not much wear in the hammers - many years of playing before they would need re-felting.


Sound board

Excellent condition, no cracks or splits.


Case

In a stylish mid-century teak cabinet, in very good condition throughout. The odd small mark here and there but hardly noticeable.
