This is a very good quality small sized upright piano made in Finland by Fazer in 1980. Despite its modest size and appearance this piano would suit a serious musician or music teacher or would be a fantastic instrument for a beginner and suitable up to grade 8. Fazer made very good pianos at very competitive prices so this piano offers excellent value for money. 
 
 
Tone and tuning 
 
Suprisingly beautiful and rich tone for a fairly small upright. Clear, bright and warm across the whole pitch range with no harshness - a very pleasing sound. The piano has been fully checked, serviced and tuned to concert pitch (A=440). Piano features middle 'celeste' pedal which drops the volume significantly for quiet practice. 
 
 
Action and keys 
 
The Schwander action is excellent and feels responsive and really satisfying to play - even touch across the keyboard and very good dynamic range. Good for beginners and advanced players - action is not too light but certainly not heavy. Keys are in very good condition.
 
 
Hammers and strings 
 
Hammers and strings both in very good condition.
 
 
Case 
 
In very good condition for its age - a few marks etc but not very noticeable and looks lovely overall. Matching adjustable stool included in the price.
 
 
Soundboard
 
Perfect condition - no splits or cracks.
