This is a high quality piano made for Chappell by Kemble in 1985 in their Milton Keynes factory. A beautiful sounding piano, it is ideal for beginners up to advanced players. With some pading to the case, and priced accordingly, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants a really good small piano for a very affordable price. Video demo available on request.



Tone and tuning 
 
This piano has a very pleasant well-rounded tone, not too bright, and a very good dynamic range. Tuned to concert pitch (A=440).


Keyboard and action

The full 88 note keyboard is in good condition and the Langer action has been regulated to play smoothly across the whole keyboard with a medium weight action which is firm but responsive. 
 
 
Hammers and strings

Strings in very good condition and not very much wear in the hammers.


Sound board

Solid spruce soundboard in excellent condition.


Case

Stylish and attractive mahogany satin case in very good condition - a few small marks, scratches etc but overall a very nice looking piece of furniture. Some sun fading as visible in photos. Matching stool included in the sale.
