Berries Barn Pianos  - Returns Policy

Berries Barn Pianos is committed to selling high-quality pianos that our customers will be cherish for many years, however, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return your piano.

 

Please read or returns policy:

 

In the unlikely event that a customer changes their mind, or is unhappy with their purchase, we will work with them to help resolve the situation, secure peace of mind and if necessary, find a replacement piano.

If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may return it by a fully insured delivery method with any packaging intact and in ‘as sold’ condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will exchange it, offer a different piano of equal value, or give the customer a full refund to the price of the piano, minus any funds still owing and both the original delivery and return delivery fees. The customer must notify us by email (berriesbarnpianos@gmail.com) within 14 calendar days (inclusive) of delivery. Due to the complex nature of piano deliveries it may then take up to 14 days for the return collection to be arranged.  Please note that it is strongly recommended that any returns are collected by ourselves or our appointed sub-contractors as the customer will be liable for any damage suffered to returned goods in transit. 

 

The customer will be liable for the return delivery charges (in addition to the original delivery charge already paid), which will not exceed the price of the original delivery, as stated in the Invoice. If any damage whatsoever, including small surface scratches, has occurred to the piano during the 14 days statutory returns period, a repair charge of minimum £250 will be payable by the customer. If there has been significant damage to the piano during the 14 day statutory returns period Berries Barn Pianos reserves the right to refuse the return and the customer will be liable for any further costs that have been incurred, such as, but not limited to, the return delivery fee.
